Integrated with the Eclipsys PeakPractice™ electronic health record (EHR) software and practice management system, the portal allows patients to:

  • View upcoming appointments
  • Request medication refills
  • Send messages to physicians or staff
  • View billing statements
  • Review medical history
  • Review allergy information on file
  • Look up medical education
  • View or update insurance information
  • View referral information
  • Log daily vitals
  • Enter current or past medical history prior to a visit

Patients can also see select information from their electronic medical record and can download their full chart.
