SCM Product Support Analyst – Team Lead

    Responsibilities
   

Will be responsible to provide real time support for external clients through a variety of contact points including incoming calls, web requests, as well as service requests logged in to clarify the corporate case management system. The position requires reliability for scheduled shifts and flexibility for on-call schedules.

    Ability to work as an effective team member across various departments within the company. Must use multiple forms of communication (i.e. phone, email, mail) to achieve objectives of position. Interact regularly with customers, vendors and others from inside the company.
   

Must have a Nursing degree (RN) and posses a valid Nursing license.
Note: The person can be a Physician.

   

Have Nursing experience in a hospital.

5+ years of relevant experience

    Knowledge of MS Office Suite – intermediate
    Previous experience with clinical modules of Hospital Information Management systems preferred.
     Training or experience in US workflow process in a hospital setting is a major plus.
