A Great Opportunity to Distinguish your Organization Among your Peers and in your CommunityThree of the four Circle of Excellence award categories are self-nominated. The ClientConnect category can be self- or peer-nominated. All nominations are completed via this online form. The winner of the ClientConnect category will be selected by the ClientConnect advisory panel. All other winners will be selected by an internal panel of impartial Eclipsys judges. Criteria used to select winners include: - Documented approach to achievements, benchmarking data and any documented achievements outcomes.
- Work should reflect a timeframe from the most recent 12 to 18 months dating back from submission deadline.
- NOTE: Organizations that submitted speaker entries to the EUN conference receive 10 bonus points toward their Circle of Excellence award submission score.
For 2010, four winners will be announced during the Eclipsys EUN Conference held October 10-13, 2010 in San Diego, California to the individual client organizations that best demonstrate achievements in each respective award category (See online application form for award categories and specific focus areas). - Review and select all Eclipsys solutions that relate to your submission.
- Provide a 250 to 1,000 word summary of the demonstrated work achieved by your organization in support of maximizing the value from Eclipsys solutions and services.
– NOTE: Please be sure to specify the following in your submission: 1) identified goal/objective; 2) approach taken to address goals (please include participant roles, areas and departments involved); 3) length of time to establish initiative and complete it; 4) any documented results. – NOTE: The form also will enable you to download supporting documentation. - As the next step, you will receive a call from an Eclipsys representative to assist with additional data collection and validation, if required.
