Circle of Excellence Awards

Eclipsys User Network (EUN) Circle of Excellence Awards
Program Rules and Guidelines

Eligibility: The Circle of Excellence awards program is open exclusively to Eclipsys Corporation client organizations that are represented at the EUN Annual Conference, October 10-13, 2010. This program is subject to all federal, state, provincial and local laws and regulations.

Timing: Client nominations will be accepted beginning now and ending September 8, 2010. Circle of Excellence winners will receive their awards at the Awards Banquet October 12, 2010, during the EUN 2010 Conference at the Manchester Grand Hyatt in San Diego, California.

Nomination: Clients must complete and submit the online nomination by September 8, 2010 at 12 a.m. EDT. The form must be completed by an employee of an Eclipsys client organization, and the email address used must be assigned to the client organization. All categories are self-nominating except the ClientConnect User Group category, which can be self- or peer-nominating.

Awards: Winners of Circle of Excellence awards will each receive a $2,000 donation to the charity of their choice, a crystal award for display at their organization, and two (2) complimentary registrations for EUN 2011.

Publicity: Participation in the Circle of Excellence awards program constitutes consent to publicize the name of the winning client organizations in selected media via press release. All materials submitted become the property of Eclipsys and may be used in the development of case studies, white papers and other marketing collateral.

Release: The Circle of Excellence awards program nominees agree to release and hold harmless Eclipsys Corporation and its respective officers, directors, employees and agents from any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in this award program.
